Rates quoted are for double occupancy. A $25 fee will be added for each additional person.

A 25% deposit is required at time of reservation with a valid credit card on our direct page, the booking engines require a 50% deposit. Higher rates may apply for some events and holiday periods.

No smoking and no vaping.

Pet’s are welcome when staying in the Presidents Map Room only, provided they are friendly and well behaved.

Check in:  Anytime after 3:00pm. Please make sure you have received the code for the keyless entry.

When making your reservation, please comment if there are allergies or dietary restrictions we need to be aware of.

Cancellation Policy
A $25 fee is automatic with any cancellation. Reservations made directly with us, that are cancelled 14 days or less to arrival date, will be charged a fee equal to one night’s lodging or 50% of the reserved stay, whichever is greater, unless rooms can be rebooked.

Reservations made through booking engines are subject to the cancellation fee set up with the booking engine, and can only be cancelled through the booking engine. Please read the cancellation policy when making your reservations. It is your responsibility to connect with them if you choose to cancel.

When staying in McCloud for a retreat: Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your first night’s stay with us will result in a loss of your deposit. You are welcome to move your deposit forward; this rule will apply for the new reservation as well. If the retreat is cancelled completely by the coordinator, you will be charged a $25 fee.
