The Drawing Room - Sleeps 2 | Maximum 3
Brimming with creativity and detail, The Drawing Room was once an office where maps were hand drawn. Here you’ll find one King bed and two leather chairs in a soothing décor with shades of green, blue, and gray.

Mother McCloud Suite - Sleeps 4 (5 Maximum)
This spacious room, once known as the “complaint department,” is our largest floor plan. Two queen beds are separated by French doors and surrounded with warm shades of gold and maroon. With hardwood floors, an antique settee, two sitting chairs, electric fireplace, and a table with chairs, this suite will provide the comfort and space you are looking for.

The Switchboard Room - Sleeps 4

This unique suite was the Switchboard Operators Office when the Mill was in operation. This suite has both a King and Queen bed separated by a wall of glass, decorated in relaxing colors of taupe and sage. An upstairs corner unit with two walls of windows create a bright and cheerful room on the second floor where you can sneak a peel of Mt Shasta between the trees

President's Map Room - Sleeps 2 | 3 Maximum
If walls could talk, what this room would say? With hardwood floors and walls lined with rustic old growth timber, this was once the General Manager’s office of the McCloud River Lumber Company. One King bed, along with two sitting chairs and a table, furnish this spacious room located on the ground floor. Your private bathroom has a claw foot tub with a shower overhead. If a walk-in shower is needed, we will designate the detached bathroom down the hall to you during your stay.

The Waterfalls Room - Sleeps 2 | Maximum 3
Named after the McCloud River Falls, this romantic and relaxing room features a two-person whirlpool tub. This upstairs corner room features a Queen bed with a four-post cherry bed frame, a pair of wingback chairs, and an antique armoire.

A 25% deposit is required at time of reservation with a valid credit card on our direct page, the booking engines require a 50% deposit. Higher rates may apply for some events and holiday periods.
No smoking and no vaping.
Pet’s are welcome when staying in the Presidents Map Room only, provided they are friendly and well behaved. A pet cleaning fee will be added to the reservation and refunded accordingly per the amount of cleaning needed upon checkout. You are responsible for all damages.
Check in: Anytime after 3:00pm. Please make sure you have received the code for the keyless entry prior to your arrival date, this will be emailed to you a few days prior to your arrival

Dietary Restrictions
When making your reservation, please comment if there are allergies or dietary restrictions we need to be aware of, I will try to work around your allergies within reason.
Cancellation Policy
A $25 fee is automatic with any cancellation. Reservations made directly with us, that are cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one night’s lodging or 50% of the reserved stay, whichever is greater, unless rooms can be rebooked.
Reservations made through booking engines are subject to the cancellation fee set up with the booking engine, and can only be cancelled through the booking engine. Please read the cancellation policy when making your reservations. It is your responsibility to connect with them if you choose to cancel.
When staying in McCloud for a retreat: Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your first night’s stay with us will result in a loss of your deposit. You are welcome to move your deposit forward; this rule will apply for the new reservation as well. If the retreat is cancelled solely by the coordinator you will not be responsible for a cancellation fee.
